The first recipe I’m sharing with you is in honor of my brother-in-law, Ben. He was a champion of both my food and my art. He had a PhD in BioChemistry, so when he decided to learn to bake bread, it was definitely a scientific project! This is the recipe he came up with for pizza, and it has become one of my favorites.
